Request a refund

Enter your license key and the email address you used at checkout. If they match a purchase made in the last 14 days, the refund is sent to Waffo right away, and once it confirms it, usually within minutes, the license key stops working. You don’t need to give a reason. For a Planner subscription, the form records your request, we refund the latest monthly charge by hand and reply by email within 2 business days, and the subscription is ended too, so you are not billed again.

Email support@seating-chart-generator.com within 14 days of your purchase (for the Planner, of the latest monthly charge) with the email address you used at checkout or the order reference from the email with your license key. We reply within 2 business days.

What happens next

The refund goes back through Waffo, our merchant of record, to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. Whenever a refund is issued, by the form or by us, the license key is stopped, so the paid features lock again. Files you already exported are yours to keep.

After 14 days

The form works within 14 days because Waffo refunds only payments that recent. Email us anyway if something is wrong and we will look at it case by case. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. See also the terms of service.
