The planner is free, with no limit on guests. Pay only when you want to print without the watermark and use the full print pack. All prices are in US dollars.
Thanks for your purchase. Your license key is in the email we sent to the address you used at checkout (check spam too). Open the planner, press “Print without watermark” and paste the key under “I already have a license key”.

The free version already has the poster, the A to Z list, table numbers and cards, in the default style, so you can check everything before you pay.
More seating rules
Included in the Event Pass price. With a pass active, the “More rules” block in the planner takes these five, and “Seat everyone” follows them:
- Closeness scores. Rate how well two guests or households get on, from keep apart to prefer together; the planner seats them to match.
- Neighbouring tables. Keep two guests or households away from each other’s tables, not only off the same one. Distances come from your floor plan.
- Head table and kids table. Mark a head table that only the guests you choose sit at, and a kids table that children fill first.
- Table traits. Mark tables near the exit or step-free, and the guests who need them are seated there.
- Seats side by side. Put chosen pairs on neighbouring seats at a table, not just at the same table. The poster numbers those seats.
How paying works
Event Pass: US$14.90, paid once, no automatic renewal, 90 days from purchase. Planner: US$12.90 per month, cancel any time, access until the end of the paid month. Payments are handled by Waffo, our merchant of record; sales tax or VAT is included in the price you see at checkout. After paying you come back to this site and the paid features unlock in that browser on their own. The license key also arrives by email: open “Print without watermark” in the planner and paste it under “I already have a license key” to use it in another browser. One key works in up to 3 browsers or devices.
Your guest list never leaves your browser. The page loads its fonts and the seating solver file from this site, and the license check sends your license key and an ID for this browser. Your guest list is never sent anywhere.
Planner renewals: Waffo emails a reminder 3 days before each renewal. To cancel, email support@seating-chart-generator.com and we cancel it through Waffo. Access continues until the end of the paid month.
