New payment setup: Waffo is the seller and card processor (merchant of record). The Event Pass is charged once for 90 days; the Planner is US$12.90 a month, cancelled by email, with access to the end of the paid month. Waffo sends the renewal reminder.
The “More rules” block in the rail starts with every rule collapsed, so the left column stays short.

Advanced seating rules with the Event Pass: closeness scores, neighbouring tables, head and kids tables, table traits, seats side by side (numbered on the poster and floor plan).
New seating engine: runs in the background so the page never freezes, has a Cancel button, and says when the result is proven the best possible. Tap a name to see why it sits there.
Project files now carry the advanced rules; files from earlier versions still open.

New About page; /llms.txt, a plain-text summary of the site for AI assistants; page dates in structured data; /sitemap.xml now redirects to /sitemap-index.xml.
